Returns and Refund

Effective Date: 1st Nov 2020

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@thewishliststore.com.au.

Note: Returns must be sent to: Bundoora, 3083. We will provide the complete address via email response.

If accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
