RETURN POLICY

-In most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to an order.
-To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely; please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
-Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind or wrong decision.
-A refund, exchange or credit may apply in case of faulty products, have been wrongly described or different from what was advertised.
-In case where it must be returned please take care and save all original packaging if possible.
-Email us so we can help you.
-Refunds in case where applicable will be processed within 10 business days.

DELIVERY POLICY 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS:
The Wishlist Store make deliveries only in Australia
If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes. If another courier option they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

TRACKING ORDERS:
You will be able to track your order on our website. If your order has not arrived please contact us for assistance of tracking at contact@thewishliststore.com.au

DELIVERY TIMES:
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.
Personalized and customized orders may take upto 6-8 weeks to create and deliver, because they are made to order. The approximate timeline will be discussed upon enquiry.
There could be additional shipping charges to personalized orders. Charges would be discussed and stated before finalizing the order.

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY:
Buy online and we will start getting your order ready.
An email will be sent to you when your order is ready. The email will have available pick up slots and the best way to contact.
Contact us before arriving with your ETA and we will get you order to your car.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.

The Wishlist Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. In addition, an automated electronic order confirmation does not indicate acceptance of an order. By placing an order, the customer agrees that the sale is made in Victoria.

All images and specifications on our website are indicative only. Actual products may vary from what is shown on our website. We accept no liability for typographical errors, misprints, omissions, or changes in specification. If unsure about an aspect of a product please contact our team prior to purchase.
