Delivery Policy
Delivery Locations:
The Wishlist Store make deliveries only in Australia. If your delivery method is via Australia Post, your order can be delivered to PO Boxes. Other courier options may not support PO Box delivery.
Processing Your Order:
An e-mail confirmation is sent after placing your order. Please keep this as proof of purchase.
Tracking Orders:
You can track your order on our website. If your order has not arrived, contact us at contact@thewishliststore.com.au.
Delivery Times:
- Standard orders: Dispatched within 2 business days (Delivery: 2-7 days).
- Personalized/Customized: May take 6-8 weeks (made to order).
- Additional shipping charges may apply to personalized orders.
Local Pickup Policy:
Buy online and we will notify you when your order is ready with available pick-up slots. Please contact us with your ETA before arriving.
Important: Check all items upon receipt. If an item is incorrect, DO NOT OPEN IT. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or tampered with. Report damaged items within 4 days of delivery.

Acceptance of Order:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. By placing an order, the customer agrees that the sale is made in Victoria.
Payment Options:
PayPal, Direct Debit, Mastercard, and Visa. Prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Shipping Rates:
Free Australia-wide delivery for orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged standard postage calculated at checkout.
